Mrs. Smith’s 7th grade Science participated in a lab where they saw Chemical & Physical changes. Students had fun making ice cream, cheese, and slime!
Ms. Williams' 2nd grade class made cages in Mrs. T's STEM class so that Tom Turkey doesn't get away! Awesome job!
Mrs. Smith's second graders worked on bar graphs, pictographs and line plots last week! Students were then able to show their work by graphing a bag of skittles with each type of graph! Way to go!
We are excited to partner with the Van Buren Chamber of Commerce for what we hope to be an annual event!
VB Cross Country teams will be arriving back into town tonight around 6:00 PM.

VB Boys placed 2nd at the state meet with 3 All-State Runners: Jaxson Houf, Patterson Crafton & Landon Street.
VB Girls placed 6th as a team with Ziah Been earning All-State honors.

Our Lil' Dawgs Daycare had a "spooktacular" Halloween! A big thanks to Current River Xpress for donating the pizzas!

Second Grade had a blast during their Halloween Party today! The fun started off with Halloween Bingo and later, everyone was able to put on their costumes and play themed games!
Elementary students were able to participate in our End of Quarter Celebration! Games included Broom Sweep, Cheese Puff Toss and Halloween Oreo Shake. We were very excited to see how much our students grew in the first quarter and look forward to seeing their continued growth during second quarter!
Preschool would like to say thank you to Carter County Courthouse, Riverways Manor, Carter County Library, Holt Sales, Roger Sisler, and our high school friends for letting us trick-or-treat!

4th and 6th grade were able to paint pumpkins in the park after listening to an educational presentation at Twin Pines over owls! Great job!
6th grade students were able to make ball and stick models representing molecules while learning about molecule structure during science! Way to go!
