Free Physical Day is tomorrow June 1st in the FEMA. Physical forms must have the history and a parent signature or the medical staff will not be able to perform the physical. Forms can still be picked up at the HS office. Doors will open at 8am and we will be done at 12.

District baseball today will be moving to TRCC. Bulldogs will play East Carter at 3 pm Alton v Greenville 5 pm

High chances of rain around game time and the long drive for West County, prompted the cancellation for baseball today. Weather permitting district action will be here tomorrow morning.

The VBHS Athletic Banquet will be held Friday night in the gym at 5:00pm. The booster club will be providing cupcakes for dessert. Come celebrate the athletic achievements of our student athletes.

Today around 2:30 MSHSAA released different guidelines for athletic and activity physicals. VBHS and medical professionals will need to take a look at the new guidelines and we will announce a new date, and or other options.

Free athletic physicals will have to be rescheduled to another date. Be looking for updates.

Attention all friends, family, and community members! We are excited to announce the upcoming graduation ceremony for the Van Buren R-1 Class of 2023! Join us on Friday, May 5th at 7 pm in the high school gymnasium to celebrate the incredible achievements of our graduating seniors. This special evening will be filled with speeches, music, and heartfelt moments as we honor the hard work and dedication of our graduates. We invite everyone to come and show their support for these outstanding young adults as they embark on the next chapter of their lives. Don't miss this unforgettable event! Free sports and activity physicals in the gym on Thursday starting around 8:15. There is paperwork coming home, please return those forms so the students can be examined. Students will need a physical to participate next year prior to the start of Fall practice Aug 7.
